DMCA Policy

GLeaks (www.gleaks.pro) respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512. To ensure compliance with U.S. Copyright Law and qualify for DMCA safe harbor protections, GLeaks requires all DMCA takedown notices to strictly comply with all statutory and procedural requirements.

Incomplete or non-compliant notices may be rejected without action. By submitting a DMCA takedown notice, you acknowledge under penalty of perjury that the information provided is true and correct.

  • Full Legal Name: The full legal name of the copyright owner or authorized agent acting on behalf of the owner.
  • Contact Information: A current physical mailing address, direct telephone number, and an email address associated with a non-disposable domain (professional or corporate domain preferred). Generic or disposable addresses may result in notice rejection.
  • Electronic or Physical Signature: A physical or digital signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent. A typed full legal name at the end of the notice constitutes an electronic signature.
  • Description of Copyrighted Work(s): Clear identification of the copyrighted work(s) alleged to be infringed, including titles, authorship, publishing information, and copyright registration numbers if available. Multiple works must be itemized separately.
  • Identification of Infringing Material: Specific URLs or other precise locations on www.gleaks.pro where the allegedly infringing material appears. Vague references (site-wide or general statements) are not acceptable.
  • Statement of Good Faith Belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Statement of Accuracy: A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Proof of Ownership or Authorization: Attach or provide documented evidence of copyright ownership (e.g., registration certificates, licensing agreements, contracts) or written authorization from the copyright owner. GLeaks may request further verification before acting on the notice.
  • Additional Verification: GLeaks reserves the right to demand notarized statements, certified documentation, or other supplemental evidence of ownership or authorization if there is reasonable doubt about the validity of the notice.

GLeaks will acknowledge receipt of compliant notices. If notice elements are missing, GLeaks may require you to correct and resubmit the notice with full compliance. Non-compliant notices may not be processed and may be archived.

Counter-Notification Procedure:
If content you posted is removed and you believe this removal was erroneous, you may submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). To be effective, a counter-notice must include your signature, contact information, identification of removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification, and consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court.

Record-Keeping and Policy Changes:
All DMCA notices, counter-notices, and related correspondence are retained for legal compliance and audit purposes. GLeaks may amend this policy at any time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
