Polar Anti-Cheat is a cloud based anticheat, this means, that the anti-cheat sends the player's informations to a server, and the server analyzes it, and decides if the user is cheating or not.PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
So the plugin provides connection between the minecraft server, and polar's cloud server
(Without license, you cannot access the cloud server).
Also, the plugin we (and every costumer) have is a Loader. This means that it loads another plugin, that is the 'real' plugin.
(This 'real' plugin manages the connections previously mentioned)
This 'real' plugin is loaded into the server's ram. (So it would be really hard or impossible to extract, and without a license to the cloud server, it would be useless)
