Important:
The plugin will work for paper and forks of it, starting from version 1.12

Installation:

Shut down your server.
Open the server.properties file and change the value of view-distance and simulation-distance to the value that default users need.
Add the RenderDistance.jar plugin to the plugins folder.
Start your server.
Configure your permissions as desired.

Note:

If a player has multiple inherited permissions, the one with the greater distance will be applied.
