What is SkyLevels2?
This plugin show more information in /is top. You can recreate the GUI's of PVPWars and a lot of other servers. In the premium version of this plugin (this resource) it'll only scan the islands once, it saves all the island data in a seperate file. This means this plugin supports a lot of islands and players (over 1000 islands).

The main goal of this plugin is to calculate island worth of each island. You can edit each block value in a seperate config file. The more spawners, high value blocks, ... you place the higher your island worth is.
