[+] Added proper error handling for all misconfigured gui items (now vspawner should load regardless)

If enabled, players wont be able to explode other players' spawners, only the owner.

• Stack of spawners reseting if they were placed a little before the server restart
• Error in the console if a spawner type was removed before /vs reload.
