Here is a fix !

• I have put the default particle to DRAGON_BREATH thanks to Jaki_GHG_
• OpenAudio and BlockNote fix due to the new volume setting

You can now adjust the volume for the noteblock songs
You have now a new pemission BlockParty.ForceStart player with this permission can use the /bp forcestart command

Added :
- For placeholders you will now have to add at the end of each place holder the name of the arena example : %bpm_arena_state_ArenaName% (this changes nothing for leaderboards) !

There will be a better check for player name in the leaderboard !
