• Fixed commands from GUI items not running for plugins that add their own custom commands (ConditionalEvents, command alias/shortcut plugins). Nothing happened on click and nothing was logged - they now fire exactly as if the player had typed them
• Fixed GUIPlus forcing the server onto the old chat system, which interfered with chat plugins. It now uses the modern chat event on Paper
• Fixed the console not being able to open GUIs for a player, saying it lacked permission. The permission is now only required from players

• Added a new "Open GUI" click action - GUI items can now open another GUI directly, picked from a list in the editor, no commands needed.
• Fixed alias commands with a target opening the GUI for the target player instead of you. %player% refers to the target, %executor% to the command sender.
