Changes:

• Fixed custom head icons appearing as the default Steve head on newer servers
• The /color menu is now fully translatable
• Colors in the /color menu now show in their own color, so you can preview each one at a glance
• Removed the extra "Color Commands" book from the /color menu to keep it cleaner
• colors.yml and tags.yml now explain all their options at the top of the file (including how to set a custom head)
• Fixed a startup crash on hybrid servers (Arclight / Mohist)

• Added support for custom head textures as icons in the /color and /tags menus (paste a base64 value from minecraft-heads.com)
• Added a config option (enable-name-color) to turn off name colors so players can only change their chat color
• Fixed bug of writing same swear word multiple times without spaces and it bypassing the swear filter
