• Attention DeluxeAnnounce Users!
  
  We want to inform you about an important update to the plugin. The entire plugin structure has been completely relocated to make it easier for developers to manage modules between Spigot, Bungeecord, and possibly Velocity (although the latter is not confirmed).
  
  It is essential that you delete the following directories before updating:
  
  - plugins/STN Studios/
  
  - plugins/DeluxeAnnounce/cache/
  
  Additionally, the API has also been relocated. You can now find the simple API at the following link: https://announce.stn-studios.dev/en/api
  
  Please note that this version is in BETA. If you plan to use the plugin on a live server with players, we strongly recommend testing it first in a local environment (localhost) to avoid potential issues on your main server.
  
  IMPORTANT: Support for Java 8 has been dropped. All users must now use Java 17 or higher. The plugin still supports all Spigot versions from 1.8.9 to 1.21.4, but Java 17 is required.

• Removed ExecutorService:
  The asynchronous task system has been refactored, completely removing the use of ExecutorService. This improves thread management and reduces potential conflicts or server freezes.

• New Feature: Implemented a verification check to confirm the presence of PlaceholderAPI.
  
  Performance Improvement: Optimized the process for downloading player skin images to enhance efficiency.
  
  Bug Fix: Resolved an issue related to the activation of fireworks.
