• Use PaperMC's adventure for messages when possible
  Now the plugin would check if the server has built-in support for Adventure and use the preferred code.
  That also means that you can use this plugin in newer versions, as long as there is no breaking change on their side. For Spigot servers, required libraries would be downloaded when you run the server.
• Downgrade the plugin to Java 8
  This would allows for some hybrid server implementations
• Replace HikariCP with built-in SQL clients

Fix an item dupe in Send Mail GUI
This is an oversight in the code from the original developer which causes the items to be wrongly selected and then causes the dupe when closing the GUI. This update corrects the item-selecting behavior in the GUI.
