Added the command /kb toggletournament which enters/quits a tournament queue (can be used to join tournaments instead of using the tournament hotbar item)
All commands can now be used using a shortcut. For example, /kb join can be written as /kb j, /kb jo, and /kb joi. This applies to all commands.
