VIP Plugins PyroSpawners [1.14.X - 1.20.X] [New Spawner Upgrades] 2.2.0

Additions:
- Added “SilktouchEnchantmentLevel” as a setting to the config for breaking spawners.

Fixes:
- Fixed an issue with the custom enchantment for silktouch not accepting other ‘minecraft’ based enchantments.
- Fixed a possible issue with some item-costs for spawner trees being invalid.
