CRITICAL UPDATE

• Added ranked mode!
• Fully implemented the ELO stat. It can now be tracked like other stats and displayed
• Added the placeholder %elo% for the built in scoreboard and %skywars_elo% for PlaceholderAPI
• You can now completely customize the arena selector design and layout
• You now have to add arenas manually in the arena-selector.yml if you want them to show in the arena selector (because the design is manual now)

• Fixed an error that occured when bungee mode is enabled and human npcs are used

• Improved tab auto-completion and added arena name tab auto-completion for the start/stop commands

• You should disable the party hotbar item if you want to use AlessioDP parties instead of the built-in parties.
• Party members can now join back the leader's or other party members arena if they left it for any reason.
