Bad Packets D recoded now checks for too many packets on modern versions
Bad Packets 9, Speed E, Flight F no longer experimental.
Added configuration options for canceling damage/hits.
Error fixes on Folia and started porting over Vehicle checks. Started with Boat Fly A, will do the rest if it works and there are no issues. Thank you!
